Dinosaur Dance by Ollie bear 

Discover the journey behind the canvas of "A Dinosaur Dance" created by then 7 year old cancer warrior nicknamed Ollie Bear.  The 90cm x 90cm canvas was taken to Emergency late one night when Oliver spiked a temperature over 38 degrees.  This is considered a medical emergency in Oncology children as they have little to no immune system.  Over the following three weeks, Ollie battled a staph infection and could not leave the hospital room for twenty two days.  During that stay, he spent hours creating 'A Dinosaur Dance' and bringing to life his characters, including the rainbow Pterodactyl holding centre stage of this fun artwork.  His signature hidden sock made it into this drawing along with a caveman and dinosaur farting!  (He didn't loose his sense of humour!)
